We are pleased to let you know of the latest addition to the TI

initiative are to:

understanding toward Jewish and Israeli employees through education and
communication;

(b) Increase awareness of TI employees (Jewish, Israeli, and others) to
Jewish and Israeli community initiatives;

(c) Support new Jewish and Israeli employees and help them become an
integral part of TI;

(d) Cooperate with other diversity initiatives in TI to promote an
inclusive work environment where diversity is acknowledged and embraced;
and

(e) To assist in increasing the level of commerce between TI and Israeli
entities

The initial officers are Yoram Solomon--Chair; Craig Dalley--Co-Chair,
events; and Steve Turner--Co-Chair, Communications. Bill Krenic, WBTU

Okay, here we go again!

The ink had barely dried on the last column before I started working feverishly on this one; essentially an unplanned follow up to “Enduring the pain at the pump!” The catalyst?  Unprecedented email responses from readers.

But first, take a look at these weekly premium gasoline prices (including taxes) in U.S. dollars per gallon in these countries (as of May 20, 2008):

Belgium…………………$9.14

France……………………8.75

Germany…………………8.88

            Italy……………………….8.94

The Netherlands..……….9.89

UK………………………..8.47

USA……………………...4.10

Very interesting, wouldn’t you say? I look forward to your reactions to this one.

Cheers!

Terry Howard
