As many of you may already know, I will be leaving Texas Instruments at the end of this month. Since I am the only member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (or Mormons) in our group, we talked today about questions that the group would like me to answer before I leave. Since I will be gone next week, I will only be able to attend the last two weeks in March (19th & 26th). We discussed some questions that some people would like to see me answer. Here are the questions.
What do we believe about Jesus Christ? Who and What is Jesus Christ.
How did the LDS church start? (Joseph Smith, Plates, Mormon Scripture).
How does a person become a Mormon?
Why do Mormons trace their genealogy?
Why do they have food storage?
What can/can't Mormon's eat or drink?
Why do they have more scriptures?
Do you believe, "As man is God once was, as God is man may become"?
Did the Mormons say that God the Father could be among us and we wouldn't recognize him?
What do the Mormons believe about Heaven and Hell.
----------------
If you have other questions, let me know.
It has been great to associate with you and feel of your spirit, participate in your prayers and learn about your knowledge and understanding.
Best Regards,
Russell Anderson
